What is the mission of the Personnel Ministry?

The mission of the Administration Ministry is to support the ministry of APC by addressing staff needs, annually reviewing staff performance, interviewing and hiring new staff when appropriate, and addressing and recommending compensation changes to session.

In addition to Elders Alan Geary and Tim Schroeder, Melissa Highley-Wilson, Kay Banko, and Don Metzger assist with the Personnel Ministry.
