Celebration Preschool Applications

2013-2014 Application Form

Registration for the general public will be held from Monday, February 11, 2013 through noon on Friday, February 15, 2013.

When Celebration Preschool has more applicants then space, a lottery system will be used. All applications are due by noon on Friday, February 15th. The nonrefundable application fee of $25.00 must accompany your application form along with a proof of identity for your child. This may include a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate, birth registration card, notification of birth (hospital, physician or midwife record), or passport. Parents will be notified starting on Monday, February 18th regarding your child's placement either in a class or on the wait list.  Once you accept a placement with us the registration fee of $100.00 will be due and becomes nonrefundable. You may drop off your application form beginning Monday, February 11th through Friday, February 15th from 9:30 AM until 3:00 PM and on Friday, February 15th from 9:00 AM until 12:00 noon.
